If Learning and Development are developed to be in sync with employees, then agility must be a key trait of it. This implies that learning should be as good as the environment. It implies that elearning does not refer to giving content only. It implies that there should be a learning infrastructure in which learners have the primary focus. This is important so that learners can learn continuously.
