Process we follow
to deliver the best solutions to our clients.
Our methodology
Process is defined as the structured activities of any organization required to develop a specific product or services. Every company follows different processes that help the organizations to scale up their performance and improve the efficiency level of the employees. Creativ Technologies agrees to this fact and follows some defined process that helps us to deliver timely solutions to our client without any issues. Our unique methodology revolves around our customers. We understand that communication is the key to a successful e-learning offshore model.
Content is the crux of elearning because if it has not been added properly, it can cause problems for the learner. They may fail to understand it, and there will be no improvement in performance. Such failure can be detrimental to a company because the new employees fail to do their work due to inept training.
Hence, determining what content is needed by the company is the foremost step of the elearning ideation and curation process. An organization must have its content-needs defined in terms of what’s needed for performance improvement (needs analysis). For an adequate needs’ analysis, an organization must know the target audience. Also, a company needs to check what amount of information about the designated topics must be delivered to this audience. An organization must define the need-to-know information. Dispersing any irrelevant information to the audience means wasting their time and energy.
This is the process we follow when a new project is shared with us:

- Kick-off: In this stage, once the learner demographics have been shared with us, we take their opinions on the skills they need to develop. Apart from consulting the demographic, we also reach out to their seniors to get a full-fledged idea about the content required. We also try to determine the concerned content requirements through the job descriptions of the employees, apart from ascertaining the kind of technology used by them through their age groups and education levels.
- Instructional design: During this process, we consult as many people as possible about the information. Our main aim is to ensure that the course is as comprehensive as possible, with both theoretical and contextual information included. Therefore, we consult the external and internal SMEs for this purpose. If we feel that more information is required on the subject, we take help from experts.
