There are also qualitative advantages to training. It’s important to get feedback from employees about training.
Design thinking should not be done through guesswork.
The learners can only tell whether the elearning is as per their expectations.
It’s because the elearning has been designed to focus on learners’ needs and their problems only. When you devote time to conducting such surveys throughout the organization, you can know what the training should include. You can have training catering to the performance gaps in the organization.
Apart from that, such surveys should not be conducted on a one-time basis, rather they should be done occasionally to ensure that you have a perfect training program.
