The companies have been adopting a lot of leadership styles.

There are different personality types in the world. So, they define the leadership styles also. The companies don’t want the employee performance to be different because of the varying leadership style that they have been put under.   • Leadership qualities: A leader needs to imbibe some leadership qualities. One of them is that he should be a role model for others. He should be able to create an impact. You have to stop people who think they are more important in the office than others and don’t want to work.
