The business can ensure that its e-learning vendor has prepared the apt JIT resource keeping in mind the learning methodology of the employee, whether it’s text-based or visual. If an employee takes a pause, because he is facing technical problems at work, it means lost man-hours for a company. Instructor led training is also not possible when companies are hiring employees from all over the world who attend onboarding in different time zones.

The employees must be given proper motivation to attend on-the-job training. Employees should be stimulated through gamification to feel encouraged for attending such training. A leaderboard, that shows the individual scores of employees, makes them undertake training to get on top. When they would be given rewards for improved performance, they are more likely to pursue a course to attain the same.
